Faisal Chughtai has joined Inxeption as the chief financial officer. Faisal brings 20+ years of experience in managing internet and software P&L, finance, strategy, operations, international expansion, M&A, and financing. Faisal was most recently an executive vice president at Web.com and prior to that, he was a senior investment banker at J.P.Morgan and RBC Capital Markets advising clients in software, internet, and digital media sectors in North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Australia. Faisal has an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an undergraduate degree in mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin.

Joan spent many years covering high technology and managing Business Week’s Silicon Valley bureau. More recently, she has worked as a co-author and messaging consultant to prominent business, political, and philanthropic figures including U.S. Presidential candidate Senator Kamala Harris, former eBay and Hewlett-Packard CEO Meg Whitman, and former Applied Materials CEO and Chairman James Morgan. She has produced ten books as a ghostwriter, including three New York Times best-sellers. A native of San Francisco, Joan has a BA from Stanford University in communication and political science.
