Inxeption Billing Statement Changes - May 2020

Our weekly billing statements have been enhanced to provide more detailed visibility into each Inxeption charge and better cash flow for our Commerce Partners as some charges are delayed.

  • For Commerce Partners using Inxeption I-commerce only, you will see up to two lines for each order: an I-commerce transaction charge and a credit card transaction charge if your buyer shopped online using a credit card. For instance, if your buyers typically pay by credit card and your Inxeption rate was previously 10%, the 10% will be split out into the 2.9% + $0.30 credit card transaction charge and the remaining ~7% will be for the I-commerce transaction charge. Note: The credit card charge will continue to be paid immediately when the buyer makes a purchase, but the credit card charge will show up on the bill as paid and will not be included in the billing total amount.

  • For Commerce Partners shipping with Inxeption but not using I-commerce, if you pay your weekly Inxeption billing statement by credit card, your credit card transaction charge will change from 3% to 2.9% + $0.30, and it will move from the subtotal section to the billing table.

  • For Commerce Partners using Inxeption I-commerce and shipping, you will see up to three lines for each order: an I-commerce transaction charge, a credit card transaction charge if your buyer shopped online using a credit card, and a shipping transaction charge. In addition, if you pay your weekly Inxeption billing statement by credit card, your credit card transaction charge will change from 3% to 2.9% + $0.30, and it will move from the subtotal section to the billing table. For instance, if your buyers typically pay by credit card and your shipping rate was 15%, the 15% will be split out into the 2.9% + $0.30 credit card transaction charge, 4% for the I-commerce transaction charge, and 8% for the shipping transaction charge. Note: The credit card charge will continue to be paid immediately when the buyer makes a purchase, but the credit card charge will show up on the bill as paid and will not be included in the billing total amount.
